'Leah’s Pilates classes have allowed me to explore breathwork which have really benefited my lifestyle. The space is so welcoming and safe and you are offered refreshments at the end of each session. I’d highly recommend taking part as you are invited to take each move at your own pace put also made to challenge yourself. A lovely way to socialise as well as exercise' ~
